How overtime pay is calculated

Your ordinary hourly wage is your basic monthly salary annualised over your standard working week (basic × 12 ÷ 52 ÷ hours per week).
Each country’s statutory rates are built in: weekday overtime is usually 125% of the hourly wage (150% in Saudi Arabia), and rest-day or public-holiday work is typically 150% (200% for holidays in Kuwait).
Some laws set a higher rate for night hours — enter those separately where the field appears.
Overtime is calculated on basic pay only; allowances and benefits are normally excluded.
